This Dream Grant supports a Romanian cancer warrior who chose to remain anonymous — and who is turning her healing journey into a safe creative space for others.
Her story
She was diagnosed with ovarian cancer in 2022 and went through surgery and chemotherapy. Cancer changed her perspective, it taught her to put herself first, to live with more intention, and to stay grateful for every morning she wakes up to the sun and to her children.
The dream we funded
With this Dream Grant, she will purchase materials to organize handmade workshops for people with an oncology diagnosis, offering a gentle, creative way to reconnect with hope, community, and healing.
