1. About these Terms
These Terms govern your use of the Tutti Cancer Warriors website and online services. The website is operated by Asociația Tutti Cancer Warriors (“TCW”), a Romanian nonprofit association, CIF 50156252, based in Bucharest, Romania. By using the website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
2. Information, not medical advice
Our cancer guides, stories and community resources are for general education and emotional support. They are not medical advice, diagnosis, treatment or emergency care and do not replace a qualified healthcare professional. Always discuss medical decisions with your care team. In an emergency, contact your local emergency service.
3. Programs and applications
Information about grants, peer support and other programs may change as resources and legal requirements change. Submitting an application does not guarantee eligibility, approval, funding, matching or a particular outcome. Dream-support applications are governed by the current Grant Policy and, if approved, the signed grant agreement. If they conflict, mandatory law and the signed agreement take priority for that grant.
4. Donations and payments
Donations may be processed by banks, PayPal, Better Giving or cryptocurrency networks and service providers. Their own terms and privacy notices also apply. TCW does not promise that a donation is tax-deductible in your country. Refund requests are assessed under applicable law, the relevant provider rules and the circumstances of the payment. Cryptocurrency transactions may be irreversible.
5. Stories, photographs and other submissions
You retain ownership of content you submit. You confirm that you have the right to submit it and that it does not unlawfully infringe another person’s rights. TCW may publish a story, name, image or recording only within the separate permission you give. Publicity consent is optional and is not a condition of grant eligibility. You may contact us to withdraw consent for future use; withdrawal does not make earlier lawful processing unlawful and may not remove copies already lawfully distributed or required to be retained.
6. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, introduce harmful code, impersonate another person, submit fraudulent applications or payments, scrape personal data, harass participants, or use the website in a way that violates law or another person’s rights. We may restrict access or remove content where reasonably necessary to protect people, the organisation or the service.
7. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, the website design, TCW branding and original website content belong to TCW or are used with permission. You may share links and make reasonable personal, non-commercial use. Other reproduction or commercial use requires prior written permission. Third-party materials remain subject to their owners’ rights and licences.
8. External services and links
The website links to services we do not control, including Google Forms, payment providers, social networks and third-party information sources. A link is provided for convenience and does not guarantee availability, accuracy or endorsement. Review the third party’s terms and privacy notice before using it.
9. Availability and responsibility
We work to keep the website accurate, secure and available, but cannot promise uninterrupted operation or that every item is error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, TCW is not responsible for indirect or unforeseeable loss arising from use of the website. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limits your mandatory rights.
10. Changes and governing law
We may update these Terms when our services or legal obligations change. The effective date above shows the latest version. Romanian law governs these Terms, without removing any mandatory protection that applies where you live. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve a concern amicably; any unresolved dispute is handled by the competent courts under applicable law.
